Terms & Conditions

General Terms○ Make sure to read the terms and conditions before commissioning me.○ Process will take 3-5 days depending on the queue and complexity.○ If there’s a deadline you want me to meet, please let me know. (extra charge may be applied)○ I have the right to reject any projects if I have personal emergency which I will tell you in advance.○ Free revisions are allowed on the sketch phases, anything past that will be charged extra.Payments○ Payment 100% upfront or 50/50 (50% after our agreement and 50% before I send you the finished commission.)○ Payment can be done via PayPal, Ko-Fi, & e-transfer from any Canada banks.○ Do not send payment before the agreement.○ If you cancel after I start working, it will be non-refundable.Process○ Email me your pet pictures that you want me to draw.○ After agreement, we'll proceed to payment via e-transfer/ paypal/ ko-fi.○ I will update you throughout the steps and feel free to ask for updates.○ Finished commission will be sent through google drive via email with hi-res image (320 DPI) along with requested JPEG & PNG.Usage & Credit○ For personal usage only. Commercial use will be charge extra.○ Please tag me if you post it on social media :p○ I reserve the right to use the artworks for my portfolio. All artworks will be protected with watermarks (you can ask me to keep the artworks private.)
